# Upload file Import Students

> **Bước 1:** Ở màn hình Tổng Quan, click vào Module của Student/Học viên. Sau đó chọn "nhập dữ liệu từ file excel".

> **Bước 2:** \
> \- Nếu chưa có Template Import Student, bấm vào *Tải xuống mẫu file nhập* để tải về. \
> \- Nếu đã hoàn thiện bước fomat excel để import thì bấm “chọn Tệp” để chọn file Excel. \
> \- Nếu dữ liệu là mới anh chị chọn mục “ Chỉ tạo dòng dữ liệu mới”.\
> \- Tick vào "Vui lòng chọn" Nếu chưa có lưu lại dữ liệu mapping field \
> \- Khi đã lưu lại dữ liệu mapping filed ở lần import trước (nếu có)  tick chọn mẫu tên đã lưu -> Bấm "Tiếp theo"

> **Bước 3:** Anh chị kiểm tra lại thuộc tính file nhập. Nếu ở dạng mm/dd/yyyy hãy đổi lại thành dd/mm/yyyy như hình. Sau đó chọn Tiếp theo

> **Bước 4:** Mapping Field. Anh/chị chọn lại từng field tương ứng với các cột Excel. Thông thường khi upload cùng ngôn ngữ (ví dụ: File excel là ngôn ngữ Tiếng Việt - Hệ thống để ngôn ngữ Tiếng Việt) hệ thống sẽ lấy hầu hết các trường Module. Sau khi Mapping xong, bấm “Tiếp theo”.

Ghi chú:

1. **Dòng tiêu đề:** là dòng header của file Excel
2. **Trường Mô-đun:** Chọn giống "Dòng tiêu đề" để đối chiếu đúng trường thông tin trên hệ thống (Lưu ý bước này)
3. **Hàng 1:** Là dữ liệu anh/chị nhập trong file Excel

> **Bước 5:** Kiểm tra trùng lặp. Nếu dữ liệu nào bị trùng, hệ thống sẽ không upload lên.
>
> * Option "Mặc định" sẽ lấy theo option "Chọn chỉ mục"

Ghi chú:

1. **Các lĩnh vực cần kiểm tra:** Ô này trống thì không check trùng dữ liệu.&#x20;
2. **Các lĩnh vực có sẵn:** Chọn kéo thả các thông tin có trong ô này sang ô số 1 để check trùng dữ liệu
3. Nhập vào ô này để đặt tên "vd: Import Teacher" -> khi thao tác import ở lần sau, trong *Bước 2* chọn vào option "Import Teacher" thì tới *Bước 4* các trường mô-đun sẽ được mapping sẵn field.

> **Bước 6:** Xem kết quả nhập: Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị tóm lược có bao nhiêu dòng được tạo thành công, chọn vào xem **Dữ liệu trùng lặp** và dữ liệu import **Lỗi** để kiểm tra (nếu có).\
> \- **Hoàn tác nhập:** Không cho dữ liệu đã import thành công đưa lên hệ thống và quay lại bước 1 để import lại (nên sử dụng tính năng này nếu có nhiều dòng lỗi hoặc trùng lặp)\
> \- **Nhập lại:** Quay lại bước 1 nếu muốn tiếp tục import file khác.\
> \- **Thoát ra:** thoát màn hình import.
