# Hoàn tiền một phần - Refund

> **Bước 1:** Ở màn hình danh sách của module **Student**, nhấn vào tên của học viên để mở ra màn hình thông tin chi tiết của học viên.

> **Bước 2:** Ở màn hình thông tin chi tiết của Student&#x73;**,** ở nút cạnh button **"Edit",** ta nhấn chọn dấu ![](/files/8e5iwlOpKrMvBnukf5vS).

> **Bước 3:** Tại màn hình thông tin Refund, nhập đầy đủ các thông tin cần thiết, người dùng lưu ý rằng các trường bắt buộc phải nhập thông tin vào, sau đó nhấn chọn button **Save** để hoàn tất.

**Chú ý:**

1. Refund Amount: Số tiền còn lại -> Số tiền hoàn trả
2. Admin Charge: Phí trả cho bên Admin khi Refund -> Khoản phí giữ lại trong hồ sơ học viên

> **Bước 4:** Tiếp tục, ở tag **Payment Tution Fee,** ta có Payment <mark style="color:blue;">PAYDB22-00123</mark> -> Refund thì ra payment <mark style="color:blue;">REFDB22-00018</mark>

> Ta tiến hành vào lại Payment <mark style="color:blue;">AYDB22-00123,</mark> chúng ta chọn thông tin ở mục Note.

> Sau đó ta tiến hành Delete thông tin, và số tiền Admin Charge sẽ được hoàn lại.
