# Gia hạn License, tăng số Học viên Active

## Gia hạn hợp đồng

Trường hợp áp dụng cho các khách hàng gia hạn thời gian sử dụng phần mềm. Đối với trường hợp này, người dùng thống kê số lượng học viên Active hiện tại để tiến hành gia hạn phần mềm. Trường hợp số lượng học viên tăng trưởng so với số lượng học viên trước đó, người dùng nhập số lượng học viên Active hiện tại.

> **Bước 1: Người dùng truy cập vào tính năng Subcription để gia hạn gói**

> **Bước 2: Người dùng truy cập màn hình Subcription**

> **Bước 3:** **Người dùng nhập số lượng học viên tương ứng, chọn gói sản phẩm tương ứng. Sau đó chọn Next**

> **Bước 4: Xác nhận thông tin trên đơn hàng,  chọn Confirm để Xác nhận**

> **Bước 5: Người dùng Quét mã QR để thanh toán**&#x20;

Lưu ý: Mỗi mã QR sẽ tương ứng với một đơn hàng duy nhất. Trường hợp người dùng thanh toán 2 lần trên một mã QR, vui lòng liên hệ với bộ phận kế toán DOTB để xử lý.

## Mua thêm học viên Active

Trường hợp số lượng học viên tăng trưởng vượt số lượng học viên đã kí so với hợp đồng. Người dùng đăng kí mua thêm học viên Active để quá trình sử dụng hệ thống không bị gián đoạn.

Người dùng thao tác tương tự với thao tác Gia hạn hợp đồng. Hệ thống sẽ tự động tính ra số lượng học viên mua thêm và thời hạn hợp đồng còn lại để xuất đơn hàng chính xác.

Ví dụ. Người dùng đăng kí gói 300 học viên với thời hạn hợp đồng từ ngày 01/01/2024 đến ngày 01/01/2025. Tháng 9, trung tâm tuyển sinh thêm 200 học viên, như vậy người dùng chỉ  cần tạo đơn hàng mua thêm 200 học viên tại tháng 9, hệ thống sẽ tự đống tính khoảng thời gian còn lại của hợp đồng để tạo đơn hàng tương ứng.
