# Định dạng file học viên

#### `HƯỚNG DẪN NHẬP DỮ LIỆU FILE MASTER DATA`

***Ghi chú***

* Các trường thông tin được tô đỏ trong file excel là những trường thông tin bắt buộc phải điền.
* Tất cả các cột đều phải ở định dạng text/văn bản.
* Định dạng ngày trong excel là dd/mm/yyyy và phải đổi về dạng text/văn bản.
* Phải xóa dòng rỗng của excel trước khi upload.

> **Bước 1:** Anh chị click vào đây để chọn toàn bộ vùng của Excel

> **Bước 2:** Anh chị format lại file về định dạng text/văn bản.

> **Bước 3:** Sau khi định dạng toàn bộ văn bảng xong, anh chị tiếp tục xóa dòng rỗng. Để xóa dòng rỗng, anh chị bấm vào dữ liệu cuối cùng của data.

> **Bước 4:** Bấm theo phím tắt như sau: Giữ phím Shift và Ctrl sau đó bấm thêm nút “↓” trên bàn phím để chọn tất cả các vùng rỗng

> **Bước 5:** Anh chị chọn chuột phải và chọn Delete/Xóa bỏ. Tới bước này là hoàn tất bước chỉnh file Excel
